Message Review

The third practice for following Jesus’ example for ruthlessly eliminating hurry from our lives is Slowing. Slowing is cultivating patience by deliberately choosing to place ourselves in positions where we simply have to wait. Jesus was busy, but unhurried because of his trust in God. We can practice being more patient and present, by slowing down our body, in order to slow down our life.

Main Point | Slow down your body, slow down your life

Focus Passages | Mark 5:21-43
