As a T-Life Group Coach at Relevant, you help multiply the transformation of lives through shepherding leaders. This guide equips you with rhythms, expectations, tools, and language aligned with our current vision.

Purpose:
To help leaders lead transformational communities where people are:
GROWING in a relationship with Jesus
CONNECTING in community
IMPACTING the people for Jesus
What You Do:
Invest in 3–5 T-Life Group Leaders
Inspire spiritual and leadership growth
Support through prayer, care, and communication

1. Protection
Pray regularly for your leaders and their groups
Model dependence on Scripture and the Spirit
2. Connection
Know your leaders personally
Stay in regular contact
Share updates and encouragement
3. Growth
Encourage spiritual steps and leadership development
Help leaders identify and apprentice future leaders

Monthly:
Individual check-ins (text or call)
Each Trimester:
Month 1: One-on-One Check-In
Month 2: Coaching Huddle
Month 3: Check-in
Annually:
Re:Charge: 1X per year meeting of all T-life Group Leader
