Indicator Checkpoint Leader Guide
Before you begin:
- You’re a shepherd, not a fixer. Your role is to create space for honest conversation, not to solve every challenge today.
- Celebrate as much as you evaluate. Recognizing what’s going well builds trust, momentum, and excitement for growth.
- Trust the process. Honest reflection and small next steps will lead to big transformation over time — lead one moment at a time.
Part 1: Opening (5 min)
Pray together, asking God to speak and unify.
Frame the conversation:
Relevant says these are indicators of a healthy and transformational group. We want to have an honest discussion about where we're at as a group and what steps we can take to be a healthier group and one that helps us experience transformation even more. Please be open and honest, as this conversation will lead us to a healthier community moving forward.
Before starting the conversation, make sure everyone has access to the list of indicators you'll be discussing.
- Option 1: Print and hand out a copy to each group member
- Option 2: Send this link to your group or pull it up during your discussion
Part 2: Reflect on the Three Areas of T-Life (45–60 min)
