“And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith.” - 1 Corinthians 15:14

Message Recap

Faith is not a religious concept. It’s a human concept. And it can be found everywhere in everyday life. Faith fuels anticipation and imagination and enables us to picture a preferred future for us and the people around us. And for all of these reasons, it’s impossible to imagine life without faith.

Main Point

The starting point for faith in Jesus is, “Jesus died for our sins and was buried; He rose from the dead and was seen.”

Questions for Reflection

Grab a journal and take time working through the questions below. And don’t forget to check out the Bible reading schedule below.

  1. Who have you known Jesus to be up to this point in your life?

  2. Have you always had that view of Jesus?

  3. How has your view of Jesus been impacted over the past seven weeks?

  4. Read John 14:6.

    • Have you put your faith in Jesus by asking him to be the forgiver of your sins and leader of your life?

    • When did you do this?

    • Is the foundation of your faith in Jesus the resurrection of Jesus, or something else? And what are the implications of that for your faith going forward?

  5. If you have not put your faith in Jesus, what is stopping you? If you haven’t but want to, simply text “Jesus” to 55444 and someone will get in touch with you.
