What Is a Network Lead?

A Network Lead serves alongside Anna to support the T-Life Group Leaders within your network. They help you stay connected to the ministry and offer encouragement and guidance as you lead your group.

How Your Network Leadership Supports You

• Welcoming you: Connecting with you after Group Launch and helping you get started.

• Encouraging you: Celebrating what God is doing in your group and supporting you through challenges.

• Equipping you: Providing one equipping event each year for your network, such as Reset or Reignite, to help you grow as a leader and strengthen your group.

• Helping you think things through: Talking through questions about group life, leadership, and difficult dynamics.

• Connecting you with support: Helping you find useful resources and involving Anna when additional guidance or care is needed.
