About the Group

We are a group of women in our 30's to 40's meeting weekly on Sunday evenings to support and encourage each other in our journey through life and our walk with God. We talk about the Sunday morning sermons, read the Bible together, discuss what’s going on in our lives, and take time to pray for each other. We'd love to have you in our family of women. You will be welcome, you will be loved, and we'll have lots of fun and laughs too!

About the Leaders

Mandy Perrigo: I'm a mom to two kids. I grew up going to church but did not have a relationship with Jesus until I became an adult. I stopped attending church after high school but about 10 years later I felt like something was missing in my life. And so, in 2015 I started going to Relevant. Not too long after that, I put my faith in Jesus as the forgiver of my sins and leader of my life and was baptized in 2016. I enjoy spending time with my kids, introducing them to new things and cheering them on at all of their soccer and baseball games.

Liz LaBombard: I grew up Presbyterian, very involved in the church with my immediate family and grandparents, through middle school. Then, the busyness of sports and activites took over and church kind of took a backseat. I've always had Jesus in my life but more recently strengthened my relationship with Jesus when my husband I began attending Relevant in January 2019. I am married to my husband Ben (almost 3 years). We have one son Levi (2) and will be welcoming our second in December this year! I am a full time athletic trainer at Children's Hospital and Medical Center where I provide Sports Medicine to Bennington High School.

What happens next if I join the group?

Once you register for the group (by clicking the “Join Group” button below), you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we received your registration. In the next couple of days, your new group leader will reach out with some preliminary details about the location, time, and first group meeting.

At the first group meeting you’ll get to know others in your group and hear more about what to expect moving forward. If you decide the group is a good fit for you, great! If not, you can discretely let the group leader know and we’ll help you find a different group.

After a few months of being in the group you’ll have the opportunity to reevaluate if the group is a good fit for you and either continue with the group or step out of the group if desired. So by joining a group, you’re not making a long-term commitment.

If you have any questions, email us at groups@relevantcommunity.org.
