About Me
Hi! I'm Burke, and I've been part of Relevant since I was in 4th grade. I currently serve as Rooted's LDP and have been involved with Rooted for about 6-7 years. I come from a family of seven siblings and have a dog named Lola. When I'm not at church, you'll usually find me diving into video games, programming projects, board games, or one of my many random hobbies, including yo-yos, magic tricks, and playing guitar. I love spending time with friends, whether that's grabbing food, playing mini golf, or finding something fun to do together.

Why I Lead
I love middle school students because they bring so much energy, curiosity, and excitement every single week. I serve in Rooted because I feel called to invest in students and help them discover who God made them to be. My hope is that every student who joins my group experiences the love of God, knows they belong, and feels fully welcomed from day one.

About Me
Hi! I'm Tyler. I’m a Technology Teacher at Falling Waters Elementary in Gretna and am currently in my 14th year of teaching. My wife, Rachel, and I have been married for 13 years, and together we have three kids: Kyle, Jay, and Ella. Our family loves spending time outdoors, whether that means traveling, exploring nature, or attending sporting events together. We've been part of Relevant for about five years, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to invest in students through Rooted. As both a teacher and a parent of preteens, I love helping students navigate this important season of life.

Why I Lead
I know firsthand how much of an impact caring leaders can have in the lives of students. My goal is to be a trusted voice of encouragement, understanding, and perspective as students grow and face new challenges. I hope every student who joins our group feels accepted, valued, and connected. When students experience genuine relationships and a sense of belonging, they're more likely to take ownership of their faith and continue growing in their relationship with Jesus.

Jarod Cole
About Me
Hi! I'm Jarod. I've been married to my wife, Autumn, for 17 years, and together we have five kids ranging in age from 6 to 16. Life stays pretty busy with all of our kids' activities, but we love spending time together as a family. I've worked for Union Pacific Railroad for the past 15 years (and no, I don't drive the trains!). When I have some free time, I enjoy fishing, cheering on the Huskers, coaching youth sports, and occasionally attempting to improve my golf game. I've been part of Relevant for the past four years and love getting to invest in students through Rooted.

Why I Lead
I love getting to know students, helping them feel included, and having fun alongside them. Middle school is such an important season of life, and I want every student to know they have someone who cares about them, encourages them, and believes in them. My hope is that students find a place where they belong, build meaningful friendships, and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
