About the Group

This group is for mothers of pre-teens/teens. We will meet every other Thursday to focus on strengthening our relationship with God, and to be a strong and encouraging influence for our children as they navigate the pressures and challenges of teen life today. No matter who you are or where you are on your spiritual journey, we want to connect with you, build authentic relationships, learn more about Jesus, and grow in our relationship with Him, while supporting each other through this season of life.

About the Leader

I am a single mother of 5 incredible kids ages: 5, 7, 11, 11, and 13! I accepted Jesus as the leader of my life and forgiver of my sins in my pre-teens, however, I have been focused on “walking the walk” with Christ over the last 8 years, since joining Relevant. I love authentically connecting with women, supporting one another in our walk with Christ, and encouraging practical next steps to lean further into Him. At Relevant, I lead the Refreshments Team and love welcoming everyone with a warm cup of coffee and a smile!

What happens next if I join the group?

Once you register for the group (by clicking the “Join Group” button below), you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we received your registration. In the next couple of days, your new group leader will reach out with some preliminary details about the location, time, and first group meeting.

At the first group meeting you’ll get to know others in your group and hear more about what to expect moving forward. If you decide the group is a good fit for you, great! If not, you can discretely let the group leader know and we’ll help you find a different group.

After a few months of being in the group you’ll have the opportunity to reevaluate if the group is a good fit for you and either continue with the group or step out of the group if desired. So by joining a group, you’re not making a long-term commitment.
