About the Group

We meet on Thursday nights to gather around the Word of God. We want to have a genuine community of young men who will encourage one another to gladly follow Jesus in every area of life. Our goal is to know, understand, and apply the truths of Scripture to our lives.

About the Leaders

Hudson

Hi, I'm Hudson! I have been going to Relevant since I was a little kid, but it wasn't until the Summer after my Junior year of high school that I surrendered my life to Christ. I was baptized later that Fall in October 2019. I am very passionate about the Word of God. Reading, savoring, and applying the truths of Scripture gives me incredible joy, and I love helping others experience these same things. In my free time, I love reading, exercising, and occasionally playing guitar too.

Dylan

Growing up my family did not go to church, and had no interest in ever being a part of a church. But in the Spring of 2022, I began following Jesus and He has completely changed my life. I have been a part of Relevant for a little over a year, and have a deep desire to grow in my relationship with Jesus and to help others do the same. I am currently pursuing a double major in Christian Ministry and Biblical Studies at Crown College. I enjoy playing guitar, reading, and anything involving the outdoors.

What happens next if I join the group?

Once you register for the group (by clicking the “Join Group” button below), you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we received your registration. In the next couple of days, your new group leader will reach out with some preliminary details about the location, time, and first group meeting.

At the first group meeting you’ll get to know others in your group and hear more about what to expect moving forward. If you decide the group is a good fit for you, great! If not, you can discretely let the group leader know and we’ll help you find a different group.

After a few months of being in the group you’ll have the opportunity to reevaluate if the group is a good fit for you and either continue with the group or step out of the group if desired. So by joining a group, you’re not making a long-term commitment.

If you have any questions, email us at groups@relevantcommunity.org.
