T-Life Group FAQs

Frequently asked questions about T-Life Groups and Group Link

Can I just show up to Group Link without registering for a T-Life Group first?
No. Registration is required because there are a limited number of spots available in new T-Life Groups.  Because of this, there are a limited number of people who can attend Group Link.

What if I can't attend Group Link?
Attendance at Group Link is required to join your group. If at any reason you are not able to attend group link, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at groups@relevantcommunity.org.  If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you are not interested in joining your group and will open those spots to someone else.  Openings for the new T-Life Groups are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

What happens at Group Link?
After you check-in, you'll find a seat in the main auditorium where you'll hear a presentation about what to expect in a T-Life Group. Then, you'll split up with others who are interested in the same group as you. You'll have an opportunity to get to know them and then commit to joining this group.

What if the group I registered for doesn’t end up being a good fit for me?

While we cannot guarantee that there will be space available in another group, if there are open spots, we will do our best to help you find a different group.

Is childcare provided at Group Link?
Yes, childcare will be available at Group Link for children birth-1st grade. You will be asked to indicate how many children you are bringing as well as their ages when you register.

When do T-Life Groups begin meeting?
Your very first T-Life Group meeting happens at Group Link, and then continues meeting weekly after that.

Is there childcare provided at my T-Life Group?

Each T-Life Group is different.  Some have childcare and some do not. It is up to the discretion of the T-Life Group Leader.

Once I join a T-Life Group, how long am I committing to it?
New T-Life Groups begin with a "launch period" of 12 weeks for people to try out the group, get to know each other, and feel comfortable before they commit to continue forward with the group. If after that you decide you want to try a different group, you are free to register for a new group and attend Group Link again.

Do I have to be a Christ-follower or know a lot about the Bible to join a T-Life Group?
Absolutely not. T-Life Groups are designed for everyone, regardless of where you are in life or on your spiritual journey. The basis for T-Life Group conversation is the weekly Sunday sermon. There is no certain knowledge or experience required to be an active part of a T-Life Group. We all have different journeys and stories. Come as you are!
