Meeting Details

Day/Time: Wednesday Evenings at 6:30pm
Location: 132nd & Fort
Childcare: Adults Only
Demographic: Women who are in their 20's to early 30's

About the Group

This group is for younger ladies, needing a place to communicate and figure out life together on a weekly basis. We will enjoy food, fun, and good conversation, all while learning about how to enjoy a relationship with Jesus in our every day life. I remember struggling quite a bit when I was this age and would love to be involved, and make relationships with other women going through this phase of their life.

About the Leader

I am married with two children in their 20s, and a son-in-law also in his 20s. By trade I am a nurse and have a military background. I grew up Catholic but in my 20s and struggled with depression and some tough life experiences. This lead me to examine my faith in my relationship with Christ and became a newborn Christian around this time. I really enjoy growing and getting to know my young adult children and have a passion for this particular age group. I can relate to a lot of trials and tribulations that you are experiencing, as I’m a graduate of the school of hard knocks!

What happens next if I join the group?

Once you register for the group (by clicking the “Join Group” button below), you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we received your registration. In the next couple of days, your new group leader will reach out with some preliminary details about the location, time, and first group meeting.

At the first group meeting you’ll get to know others in your group and hear more about what to expect moving forward. If you decide the group is a good fit for you, great! If not, you can discretely let the group leader know and we’ll help you find a different group.

After a few months of being in the group you’ll have the opportunity to reevaluate if the group is a good fit for you and either continue with the group or step out of the group if desired. So by joining a group, you’re not making a long-term commitment.
