Generosity & Office Management Ministry Leader

Position Summary

This person leads two areas of ministry at Relevant Community Church: the Generosity Ministry and the Office Management Ministry. This role casts vision, builds teams, executes and develops systems, and coaches leaders to create a culture of generosity and ensure effective, mission-aligned office operations. This person will lead our Generosity Ministry—helping people grow in financial generosity—while also serving as our Office Manager—keeping day-to-day operations running with excellence. 

Responsibilities

As the Generosity Ministry Leader you will:

  • Cast vision and lead strategy for Relevant’s generosity culture

  • Build and manage teams that equip people to live generously

  • Oversee outreach-focused generosity initiatives and systems

  • Develop resources and team leaders who multiply generosity as a spiritual discipline

As the Office Management Ministry Leader, you will:

  • Ensure the office environment supports ministry and mission

  • Lead systems and teams that create efficient, welcoming, and effective administrative support

  • Maintain and manage key administrative systems

You will also provide support for:

  • HR systems (Background Checks, Paid Staff Moments)

  • Special systems like Weddings and Event Staff timesheets

  • Coordinating food orders for team lunches and gatherings

Qualifications 

  • A whole-hearted commitment to live out the qualifications of a Deacon as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:8-13.

  • Doctrinal Unity: Aligned with RCC’s Statement of Faith.

  • Philosophical Unity: Aligned with RCC’s mission, vision, values, and strategy.

  • Proven to be an influential Kingdom leader.

  • Gifted in leadership.

Strengths

  • Organization/Administration: Is organized and efficient with handling administrative and organizational details. Attention to detail. 

  • Clear Communicator: A clear communicator, both written and verbal. 

  • Relational: Ability to be warm, friendly, and approachable; greeting guests, delivery drivers, and vendors with professionalism and care.  

  • Equipper of People: Equips and empowers team members and leaders through coaching and team-building. 

  • Strategic Leadership: A self-starter who can receive direction and build clear strategies to move ministries forward. Able to cast compelling vision, identify opportunities, and lead with purpose.
