We want to help you start this new journey right! The moment you put your faith in Jesus, here’s what happened:
Your sins were forgiven.
For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. -Colossians 1:13-14
You became a new creation.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! -2 Corinthians 5:17
You became a child of God.
Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God. -John 1:12
You received eternal life.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. -John 3:16
You received the gift of The Holy Spirit.
Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. -Acts 2:38
Now what?
Below are two essential rhythms you can start this week to begin growing in your relationship with Jesus.
Read the Bible
Reading the Bible allows you to gain wisdom, guidance, and understanding of God's promises, principle’s and truth. It reveals God's plan for humanity, showcases His love, and provides moral and ethical principles to live by. Reading the Bible will you help you grow closer to God, deepen your faith, and find answers to life's questions. We encourage you to start with the book of John (Page 723 in the Relevant Bible). It’s about Jesus’ life and will help you understand who He is.

2. Begin Praying
Prayer is our two-way line of communication with God. It’s how we talk to Him and listen to Him. As a follower of Jesus, it’s where we pour out our hearts, present our requests, lift others up, and where we express our dependance on Him. Prayer is vital to our lives and is something that we should do continually, now, and always.

Get Baptized
Baptism is an important step for every person who has put their faith in Jesus by asking him to be the forgiver of their sins and leader of their life. It is a public declaration of the inner decision you have made to follow Jesus. Learn more and sign-up below.
Go through Relevant 101
Relevant 101 is a 5-week class that helps you learn about Relevant, more about God, and how to follow Jesus. Relevant 101 meets on Sundays from 2pm to 3pm at The Relevant Center. Sign-up in January, May, or September. Learn more and sign-up below.

Starting Point is an 6-week group experience where you can explore faith in Jesus.
