What is Celebrate Recovery?

Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-Centered, 12-Step Recovery Program for anyone struggling with a hurt, hangup, or habit of any kind.

WHO IS CELEBRATE RECOVERY FOR?

Celebrate Recovery is for those struggling with eating disorders, food issues, drug addiction, alcoholism, gambling addiction, sex addiction, relationship addiction or co-dependency, and more. Everyone (18 and older) is welcome at Celebrate Recovery!

How does it work?

At Celebrate Recovery, we begin to grow spiritually and become free from our addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behavior while working Christ-centered steps and applying their biblical principles found in the Beatitudes. We can share our experiences, victories, and hopes with others seeking God’s grace in solving problems. And all this in a safe and confidential small group environment.

What should I expect?

The weekly meeting lasts for around 90-minutes. It starts as a large group session to allow for teaching and stories, and then breaks into gender specific small groups for discussions where you will have a safe place to share your experiences, strengths and hopes with others who are going through Christ-centered recovery.

You will find a Celebrate Recovery trained leader who has gone through a similar hurt, habit or hang-up and who will facilitate the group as it focuses on a particular step each week. You have the opportunity to find an accountability partner or a sponsor. 

Where does Celebrate Recovery Meet?

Relevant Community Church has partnered with Stone Bridge Christian Church to offer help and hope for people in West Omaha. Celebrate Recovery meets in person on Sundays at 6:15pm inside the Stone Bridge Christian Church building located at 15801 Butler Ave, Omaha, NE 68116. (156th and Maple)

Enter the doors on east side of the building. Look for the Celebrate Recovery sign.
